Respect of the product

The Cultimer producers respect the national and regional brands of their shellfishes scrupulously. We do follow strict standards as regards of sanitary controls (Remi network, DDPP, self-checkings).

Our HACCP+ certification (NF V01-006: 2008) shows our proficiency level of food security. We are in line with the regulations (Hygiene Packet, Codex Alimentarius…) to provide maximum safety to the consumer. Our goal is to meet the increased expectations of authorities and our customers.

We ensure the perfect traceability of our products : batches identification, area of production... A very particular care is taken to the constancy of the aspect and the presentation of our shellfishes.
